Patterson & Dewar offers pre-construction and construction services for ground-up projects, expansions, renovations and interior build-outs, and we have completed projects ranging from $500,000 to over $20 million. P&D not only manages

projects associated with construction for electrical, telecommunications, cable and computer equipment; we also manage construction for offices, banks, restaurants and retail shopping centers.

We are experienced in all construction management disciplines, and our staff includes project managers, construction managers, schedulers, estimators, inspectors, contract administrators and document control specialists. Our staff is prepared to act as a full-service general contractor or act as the owner’s representative on a consulting basis.

The P&D Construction Management Group can manage all the services required to deliver a turnkey project, including setting up the design team, purchasing the equipment, securing permits, bidding the sub-trades, awarding contracts and supervising the construction on site. P&D construction services are cost-effective, because we always emphasize cost control measures, quality of work and adherence to project schedules.
